Plot
Dick Turpin terrorizes Upper Dencher. Fancey and Strapp enlist Flasher, who leads a double life, to stop Turpin. Amidst intertwining lives, Madame Desiree's "Birds of Paradise" arrive as Turpin's reign continues.
